I have missioned Olivier to help me develop a mantra summarizing a Compelling Business Need which we could use internally to communicate impact-fully to our partners what Global Integrated Supply Chain Planning stands for. Olivier has developed an excellent process which entailed i) Regional Business Leaders and Planning Sites leaders to run a SWOT analysis and share goals/ priorities via a questionnaire, ii) the facilitation of a one-day session with diverse and multicultural Planning Sites Leaders to boil down Leadership' input into a few critical items and iii) a draft visual bringing these items together. After fine-tuning the aesthetics with an agency, end-result was a very impactful and meaningful logo deployed to each employee of Integrated Planning Organization and key Business and Supply Chain partners across the company worldwide. This has driven stronger alignment and support translating into better SC metrics.

In 2016/17 I had contracted Olivier to support the business transition and integration of Wella Nordic from Procter & Gamble to Coty and to ensure the perfect execution of all system and process changes. This included the coordination, sequencing and synchronization of European driven projects, like the SAP platform integration, Procurement, Finance A/R, Customer Service and Digital Selling Tools. Further, Olivier provided significant support in setting up completely new systems and processes as there was no receiving entity on the ground. The integration was an intense effort requiring multiple touchpoints within the Nordic organization and the regional project leaders. Olivier’s ability to look at the big picture combined with his attention to detail, his project management-, collaboration and communication skills enabled a very successful cut-over. Despite many unexpected challenges during the ramp-up, we managed to complete the transition without any business disruption.

I have contracted Olivier to temporary lead the network of Account Receivables Managers across Europe after the heavy July’17 transition of P&G Beauty brands to Coty. Objectives were to i) resume our efforts to drive Days Sales Outstanding down and ii) foster re-application of best A/R practices across markets. Olivier’s strong knowledge of A/R practices, his past experience as Supply Chain Director overseeing A/R organisations and his leadership to keep network individuals energised and aligned behind clear priorities, have resulted in FY-end improved Cash numbers, well appreciated job aids to compute KPIs by customer despite post-transition reporting systems challenges and the development of best-in-class Operating Procedures like Cash Collection which can now be deployed to the markets
