I have missioned Olivier to help me develop a mantra summarizing a Compelling Business Need which we could use internally to communicate impact-fully to our partners what Global Integrated Supply Chain Planning stands for. Olivier has developed an excellent process which entailed i) Regional Business Leaders and Planning Sites leaders to run a SWOT analysis and share goals/ priorities via a questionnaire, ii) the facilitation of a one-day session with diverse and multicultural Planning Sites Leaders to boil down Leadership' input into a few critical items and iii) a draft visual bringing these items together. After fine-tuning the aesthetics with an agency, end-result was a very impactful and meaningful logo deployed to each employee of Integrated Planning Organization and key Business and Supply Chain partners across the company worldwide. This has driven stronger alignment and support translating into better SC metrics.
