I have contracted Olivier to temporary lead the network of Account Receivables Managers across Europe after the heavy July’17 transition of P&G Beauty brands to Coty. Objectives were to i) resume our efforts to drive Days Sales Outstanding down and ii) foster re-application of best A/R practices across markets.
