Founding Director
Engineer in Chemical Engineering graduated from Centrale Lille (North of France) and University of Minnesota (USA) combined with a License in Management from Lille University, Olivier has worked with Procter & Gamble from 1985 to 2016 where he held several roles at Director/Executive Committee level in different countries mainly in Europe.
He was the Human Resources Manager in Hungary/Croatia/Slovenia for a fast-growing business and tight labor market with focus on recruiting, training and retaining skilled business staff via innovative Comp & Ben tools. In 1997, he came back to France as the Integrated Planning Leader (including S&OP) before taking the Plant Manager role for one of the Pharmaceutical sites of the company; at Longjumeau, he has step-changed Quality/GMPs compliance, enhanced organization capability and improved service before outsourcing all productions to a 3rd Party Manufacturer and closing/selling the site. In 2006, Olivier has redesigned the Pet Care Supply Chain for sourcing the Japanese market out of Netherlands versus USA. In 2007, P&G assigned him as the Site leader for Parfums Rochas in Poissy as well as P&G Fine Fragrances Supply Chain Leader for France/Benelux.
In 2010, Olivier moved to Stockholm as the Wella Supply Chain Leader for the 4 Nordic markets in order to finish off the Wella SC integration into P&G network and re-establish top-notched customer service and productivity. In 2015, he became Wella Worldwide S&OP Leader based in Geneva, strengthening the process monthly cycle. In parallel, he also took the lead of the European Account/Receivables network contributing to significant reduction in Net Working Capital. Olivier left P&G in 2016 and he has created LOJIC Consulting. His intervention area is in Supply Chain Management including Organization Design, Innovation and Transformation.
