In 2016/17 I had contracted Olivier to support the business transition and integration of Wella Nordic from Procter & Gamble to Coty and to ensure the perfect execution of all system and process changes. This included the coordination, sequencing and synchronization of European driven projects, like the SAP platform integration, Procurement, Finance A/R, Customer Service and Digital Selling Tools.
Further, Olivier provided significant support in setting up completely new systems and processes as there was no receiving entity on the ground. The integration was an intense effort requiring multiple touchpoints within the Nordic organization and the regional project leaders. Olivier’s ability to look at the big picture combined with his attention to detail, his project management-, collaboration and communication skills enabled a very successful cut-over. Despite many unexpected challenges during the ramp-up, we managed to complete the transition without any business disruption.
